Our client is the local arm of Asia's largest integrated logistics service provider — and is expanding. We're seeking a seasoned Sales Executive with proven experience in international freight forwarding to drive business growth across the Sydney region.

If you've worked in freight forwarding/logistics and understand the operational nuts and bolts, then evolved into a client-facing sales role where you solve supply chain challenges — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the client relationship lifecycle — from prospecting to closing, onboarding, and long-term account development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, pricing, project teams) to build competitive, integrated logistics solutions.
  • Deeply understand your clients' freight and supply chain requirements — act as their trusted logistics advisor.
  • Translate feedback from the field into insights for service improvement and innovation.
  • Work closely with the China-Australia trade lane team to support cross-border opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, pipeline development, and performance execution.
What We're Looking For

Must-haves
  • Minimum 3 years in international freight forwarding (operations or account management)
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or key account management experience
  • Strong knowledge of import/export, air & sea freight, incoterms, strong documentation and customs knowledge, and 3PL services
  • Proven ability to consult and sell value-based logistics solutions to medium-to-large clients
  • Knowledge of Mandarin a MUST
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
Nice to have
  • Background in cold chain, warehousing, or high-compliance logistics (e.g. pharma, food)
