What You'll Do:
- Proactively generate new event business and maximise revenue opportunities
- Manage a strong lead pool, host venue inspections, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Own the full sales cycle – from enquiry and proposal to negotiation and securing the deal
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction
- Consistently smash sales targets and KPIs
- Flexible schedule required, including working one weekend day per week.
About You:
- 2+ years' experience in event, hospitality, or venue sales
- A vibrant, outgoing personality with a passion for people and sales
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly driven and results-focused – you love the thrill of the chase
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
