For many years, this global designer, developer and supplier of mechanical power transmission systems and motor control electronics has been the clear leader in its' space. It offers its customers, that cover a vast array of industries, a broad spectrum of integrated solutions that includes: geared motors, gear units, high torque industrial gear units to name but a few.

About the role

Due to a recent move, a very rare and exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join its' highly motivated and driven sales team.

In this challenging and dynamic role you will be responsible for:

  • Taking incoming sales queries
  • Providing sales quotations to customers
  • Taking charge of the sales transactions
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing customers

Skills & experience

As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you must possess the following key attributes:

  • Previous internal sales experience within the industrial sector
  • An understanding of geared motors and power transmission
  • The ability to build rapport with people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills
  • A relevant tertiary mechanical or electromechanical degree would be ideal but not mandatory
