At RMCare Australia (Royal Miracle Care), we are a family-run NDIS-registered provider dedicated to helping people live with independence, dignity, and connection. Our human-touch approach ensures that both clients and their families feel supported, valued, and respected. At the heart of everything we do is a simple principle: our clients' best interests always come first.

What You'll Do

  • Support participants with personal care and day-to-day living
  • Assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and general support
  • Encourage community participation, including social, recreational, and skill-building activities
  • Provide safe and reliable travel and transport assistance
  • Work closely with participants and families to help achieve their goals
  • Keep accurate progress notes and follow individual support plan

What We're Looking For

  • A caring and reliable person with a genuine passion for supporting others
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Flexibility to commit to regular shifts that provide stability for clients
  • Essential checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, Police Check, First Aid & CPR
  • Hold a qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Care (desirable)
  • A current driver's licence and reliable car
  • Preferred 1 year experience (flexible)
