We deliver a range of NDIS-funded supports, including Daily Living Support, Personal & Life Skills Development, Accessible Transport, Group Activities & Community Participation, and Recreation & Inclusion Programs.
About the Role
Support Workers provide personalised, respectful care to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and live with dignity and independence. You will work collaboratively with participants, families, and the Celestia team to deliver safe, inclusive, and high-quality supports.
The Personal Support Worker will be responsible for providing daily living support, personal and life skills development, and general support. Tasks include assisting with daily activities, fostering independence, promoting social connections, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients. The role involves building strong, supportive relationships with clients and their carer's and facilitating meaningful community participation.

You are compassionate, reliable, and motivated to make a difference. You value inclusion and respect for all people, can work independently or in a team, and approach every task with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living support (personal care, cooking, and community participation).
- Assist with mobility, transportation, and social engagement activities.
- Encourage life skill development (e.g., communication, budgeting, routines).
- Maintain accurate participant notes and incident reports.
- Follow participant plans and uphold NDIS Practice Standards.
Core Competencies
- Empathy and respect for people with disabilities.
- Clear communication and active listening.
- Reliability, accountability, and confidentiality.
- Adaptability and problem-solving under minimal supervision.
- Awareness of safe manual handling, infection control, and WHS procedures.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience as a Support Worker.
- Relevant qualifications in disability support, social work or related fields.
- Proficiency in Safeguarding practices.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Previous experience in the disability sector is an advantage.
Mandatory Screening and Training

- First Aid & CPR
- Manual Handling / Infection Control
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
