Proudly headquartered in Port Hedland, Everything Earth offers a diverse range of services which include earthworks, roadworks, civil construction, concrete construction and efficient cartage services. We are seeking skilled concreters and formworkers to join our growing team to execute a number of exciting projects. Residential preferred, FIFO will be offered to the right candidate.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in formwork and concrete construction and repair. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, be a team-player and will be adaptable to changes in your work environment. Your commitment to quality workmanship, productivity, and adherence to safety procedures is essential.
Role responsibilities
Set up and dismantle formwork for concrete placement.
Mix, pour, and finish concrete to specified texture and finish.
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
Troubleshoot and solve issues.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Required skills and experience
MR or HR driver's License
Experience in construction of formwork
Experience in concrete construction and repair.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Precision in measuring and aligning forms to ensure accuracy.
Demonstrated experience operating plant equipment (desirable)
Willingness to undertake a Police clearance
Ability to complete a Pre Employment Medical
Immediate start after successful completion of pre-employment medical and induction process.
