About the Role
Due to new project wins, we are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join their Construction Division.  The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience in new construction projects and a strong track record managing multi-million-dollar electrical projects from start to finish.  
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to foremen, leading hands, tradespersons, and apprentices.
- Oversee project delivery in line with plan, schedule, and budget, proactively resolving issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier One builders and subcontractors.
- Forecast, program, and allocate labour, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Monitor productivity, project milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Drive a safety-first, quality-focused culture across site teams.

About You
To be successful for this role, we are seeking applicants with the following:
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager / Site Manager within the electrical industry.
- Proven success delivering large-scale electrical construction projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and a safety-first mindset.
- Hands-on approach, willing to support project teams as required.
