**Garden Maintenance Team Leader - Full-Time**

We’re looking for a **Garden Maintenance Team Leader** to join our team in Sydney's Northern Beaches. This full-time role offers stable employment, a competitive salary, and opportunities for growth.

**Your Role**:

- Lead and work alongside a team to maintain beautiful gardens.
- Handle tasks like mowing, planting, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Train and mentor team members, ensuring safety and quality.
- Inspect gardens and manage improvements.
- Communicate with clients to meet their needs.

**What You Need**:

- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (preferred).

- A great attitude, strong communication, and physical fitness.

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
