About The Company

Our client builds the backbone for user-generated content in games. Their platform powers modding ecosystems and in-game creator marketplaces for studios across the world. They are backed by major investors and have their eyes firmly on the future of how players shape games. The team works in a scale-up environment where clear thinking and good humour go a long way.

The Role

Assisting with all project related activities including running internal IT systems end to end. You will keep the network solid, maintain device and identity management, and support staff both onsite and remote. You will handle procurement, asset management, and access controls, while keeping security standards sharp under frameworks such as ISO You will drive automation work, contribute to incident response, keep disaster recovery plans alive, and make sure internal systems stay reliable, compliant, and future ready. This is hands on and varied, from provisioning hardware to supporting enterprise architecture.

What You Bring

Essential

  • Four plus years in systems administration or IT operations
  • Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001
  • Strong grasp of IT systems, networking, hardware, Windows and macOS
  • Understanding of ITIL practices around incidents, change, and problem management
  • Familiarity with cloud security practices (Azure or AWS)
  • Skill with scripting such as Bash, PowerShell or Python
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace
  • Able to communicate clearly and take ownership of work

Desirable

  • Experience with ClickUp or similar tools
  • Relevant certifications such as Security Plus or Azure Administrator
  • An interest in games and the wider industry
