Site Foreman/supervisor

Sydney, Australia FMS Construction Group Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the construction of formwork on construction sites
- Ensure that work is carried out safely, to high standards, and in compliance with local regulations
- Manage and direct the work of subcontractors and laborers
- Monitor work schedules and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Ensure that work is completed within budget constraints
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage
- Maintain and enforce a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are being met
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and utilized

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in formwork construction
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
- Good understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to different job sites as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: From $300.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
