NA Group is an award-winning road maintenance and civil works business with more than 30-years experience. NA Group is seeking an experienced Concrete Team Leader join our team.

You will be required to work on a night shift basis from Sunday - Thursday with overtime shifts from time to time.

**Concrete Team Leader**

The Concrete Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of works. You will supervise a concrete crew including labourers, plant operators, truck drivers and subcontractors.

The successful applicant will be proficient in the following:

- Experienced in the supervision/foreman of similar works
- MR Licence required (HR preferred but not essential)
- Experience in steel fixing, formwork and concrete finishing is a MUST
- Knowledge of RMS specifications for road works and be willing to learn
- Create and document shift reports
- Ability to manage multiple concrete crews
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Carry out labour duties
- Be available to work night shift
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Concreting: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
