
Sales Development Representative

This business is a bootstrapped, fast-growing SaaS startup shaking up the way enterprise, universities and government run mentoring and career development programs.
They are scaling fast. With no VC strings attached, they're building something sustainable, and they want an ambitious junior sales person to grow with them.
As one of their first SDRs, you'll be at the frontline:
- Prospecting into enterprise (1,000+ employees), universities and government.
- Hitting the phones hard. 100+ calls a day.
- Booking 5+ high-quality meetings per week with senior decision makers (GMs, HR leaders, alumni directors).
- Using
HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI calling tools
to drive efficiency. - Working directly with the founders and helping shape the sales engine from the ground up.
This is a rare "once in a career" opportunity to join early, prove yourself, and step up into an
AE role within 12 months
.
What you'll look like...
- Resilient, results-driven salesperson who thrives on targets.
- Confident on the phone with a professional, articulate communication style.
- Process-oriented. Can follow frameworks and provide feedback on what's working and what's not. You don't need to invent the wheel, just get ready to roll with it.
- Adaptable, hungry and motivated to grow in a startup environment.
- Background in
B2B or B2C sales

$70k base + uncapped commission (OTE ~$108k).
Career progression: SDR → AE within 12 months.
