What You'll Do

  • Create high-quality social content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (Reels, Stories, and posts)
  • Content Calendar- maintain and organise content calendars to ensure consistency, timing and campaign alignment.
  • Film and edit 10–15 TikToks per week (mix of trending and organic content)
  • Assist with editing product imagery for campaigns
  • Design content using Canva & Capcut (social posts, graphics, stories, and ads)
  • Assist in ad creative, ad statics, and spec size changes
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram community posts and engagement
  • Coordinate UGC collaborations, paid marketing content, and PR packages
  • Support text marketing, community discount offers, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintaining Brand tone & messaging across all social media platforms

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Confident using Canva, TikTok, Capcut and social scheduling tools
  • Intermediate video editing and design skills
  • Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple platforms and campaigns
  • A natural eye for aesthetic detail - you love colour, light, and storytelling
  • Passion for fashion, jewellery, and intentional living is a huge plus
  • Must be able to work on-site in Newcastle, NSW this is not a WFH position


• Permanent work rights in Australia

  • Casual: 16-24hrs hours per week; flexible hours that can be worked around school pick-ups or study
  • Location: based in Newcastle
