Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure SwiftPOS point-of-sale software across client sites

  • Manage the full rollout process including programming, client requirements analysis, and go-live support

  • Troubleshoot installation issues and provide timely technical assistance

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless deployment

  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of installation procedures and outcomes

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in installing and deploying SwiftPOS software

  • In-depth understanding of SwiftPOS functionality and configuration

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple onsite tasks

  • Prior hands-on experience with SwiftPOS installations is essential
