About the Role

As a member of our Horticulture team, you will:

  • Maintain existing landscapes, lawns, pasture and exhibits to agreed standards of horticultural presentation.
  • Undertake landscape renewal and land management across gardens, browse plantations, exhibits, and natural habitats.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, taking direction from Horticulturists, Coordinators, and the Horticulture and Grounds Manager.
  • Contribute to delivering high standards of horticultural maintenance and project outcomes.

We are seeking motivated, results-oriented applicants who are team-focused. A strong work ethic, effective time management, and teamwork skills are essential. You will be expected to work both autonomously and collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Selection Criteria

  • Strong interest and/or experience in horticulture
  • Certificate III or equivalent qualification in a relevant horticulture discipline
  • Current Victorian driver's licence
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safe work practices
