If you have:3+ years of battle-tested experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environmentProven mastery in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and comprehensive revenue planningAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with SalesforceMust have powerful BI tools like Tableau or Power BIExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for modeling complex business challenges and transforming data into concrete, actionable strategiesA track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and managing high-impact projects under pressureExecutive-level communication skills that enable you to confidently influence senior stakeholdersBonus points for experience with SQL or similar data query toolsA Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a definite plusIf required for this role, you will: Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually there after Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy> Incident Response Policy/Procedures> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures> Mobile Device Policy> Account Management Policy> Access Control Policy> Personnel Security Policy> Privacy PolicySaviynt is an amazing place to work.
