Want to be part of our exciting growth journey?

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst/Manager. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in driving performance, operational efficiency, and strategic insight across our Revenue Operations function. You will own our GTM systems, generate actionable insights, and help align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared goals and metrics.

You will serve as the analytical and architectural powerhouse of the team—identifying key strategic opportunities, leveraging deep GTM systems expertise, and building a world-class operational engine to support our rapid growth and best-in-class product.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with exceptional critical thinking skills, strong data-driven business acumen, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning, Decision Support & GTM Execution

  • Partner with leadership to deliver data-driven insights, scenario modelling, and recommendations that guide strategic decisions and growth plans.

  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and quota tracking to ensure predictable performance across GTM teams.

  • Support long-term revenue strategy and investment planning through structured analysis.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain dashboards giving leadership visibility into the revenue engine — pipeline, ARR, churn, expansion, and partner performance.

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, ensuring CRM data aligns with financial reporting.

  • Translate data into actionable insights for GTM teams.

Revenue Operations Strategy & Alignment

  • Design and optimize revenue processes across the full customer and partner lifecycle (lead → close → renewal).

  • Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and GTM experiments to ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Act as the central point of coordination for tools, data, and reporting.

Systems & Tools Management

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot — pipelines, lead routing, lifecycle stages, scoring, and automation.

  • Integrate and maintain tech stack components (e.g., billing systems, customer portals, marketing tools).

  • Maintain sales content repositories (pricing sheets, templates, enablement materials) and ensure data integrity across systems.

Who You Are:

You're a highly analytical, proactive, and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You combine sharp problem-solving skills with curiosity, adaptability, and a strong drive to make an impact.

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, ideally within B2B SaaS, management consulting, or a fast-growing business.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to break down complex challenges and use data to drive decisions.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) is a strong advantage.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, with experience guiding or mentoring others and a readiness to step into leadership as the team grows.

  • Excellent project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership, identify opportunities, and drive impact without needing close direction.

  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn about all aspects of the business, bringing a strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, and hands-on approach to every challenge.

  • Experience in Revenue Operations (sales operations, enablement, forecasting, etc.), HubSpot, and related sales tools and/or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.

The Perks of Working at Traild:
  • Flexibility: we offer a range of remote, hybrid and flexible working options.

  • Global team: we are growing across APAC, NA and EMEA and have team all across the world.

  • We are growing at an exponential rate, this is an opportunity to get involved with a true rocketship with all the excitement and opportunities that comes with it

  • Our team genuinely loves working at Traild: we scored an 85 on our recent 2025 eNPS survey.

Please note that the final applicants for this job will be asked to consent in writing to a police check / criminal background check to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction of employment.
