Your Role

As a Field Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your team's success. You'll:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a door-to-door sales team
  • Manage and develop a team of 6-10 sales representatives to achieve performance targets
  • Set and manage daily KPIs and performance standards
  • Lead from the front — coach in the field and build momentum
  • Cultivate a competitive, results-focused team culture
  • Work closely with senior leadership on local expansion strategy
What You Bring
  • 12+ months of door-to-door or direct sales experience (preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate others
  • Previous team leader experience with demonstrated ability to guide and develop sales personnel
  • A self-starter mindset with strong goal orientation
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel within your area
