Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all program activities align with IEA guidelines, contractual requirements, and relevant legislation.
  • Promote a culture of quality and accountability across service delivery.
  • Manage the accurate and timely processing of wage subsidies and claims, maintaining transparency and integrity in all financial submissions.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities, review findings, and develop clear and comprehensive compliance reports.
  • Identify and assess operational or service delivery risks, implementing proactive measures to reduce potential issues.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies (including DSS) and community partners to ensure compliance and shared success.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to employment staff on compliance standards, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, records, and procedures, contributing to the ongoing development of the organisation's quality framework.
  • Support the continuous improvement and overall effectiveness of the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program through data insights, collaboration, and quality assurance initiatives.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a solid understanding of government contracts, funding requirements, and policy frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance, risk management, or quality roles within employment or community services.
  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Extensive recruitment experience
  • A collaborative, person-centred approach that promotes professionalism and positive participant outcomes.
