One of our SaaS portfolio companies is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist to join the team as the first talent acquisition employee for them in Sydney, and help them double their engineering team over the next 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment including selection and hiring process for talent across primarily engineering, product, and design
  • Leverage your network to build a pipeline of top-tier candidates for the business
  • Serve as a business partner to hiring managers within the business
  • Provide relevant updates and feedback to candidates and ensure brand equity is protected
  • Update internal and external job sites with vacancies
  • Work with recruitment leadership and business leadership team to develop a results driven recruiting strategy

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical roles
  • Technology or Start-up experience
  • Proactive and hustler mentality
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and vague environments
  • The ability to partner with and influence business leaders and hiring as a talent advisor
