We're seeking a Customer Service & Parts Coordinator to join our supportive and professional team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a business that values teamwork and excellence.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide professional and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Process customer orders and coordinate parts supply
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, sales, and warehouse teams
  • Maintain accurate customer and product records
  • Assist with showroom presentation and occasional marketing or website updates
About You

You will bring:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with new systems
  • A team-oriented approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role (preferred)
  • An interest in marketing or social media (advantageous)
