About the role
This position is responsible for working collaboratively with local functional areas including training delivery, student services, facilities management and other corporate services to ensure excellence in service experience at the relevant learning location optimising community engagement including multicultural.
A Talent Pool valid for 18 months, may be created for this position, and position(s) of the same classification that subsequently becomes vacant, which may be filled via this recruitment.

About You
You enjoy applying your high level of customer service and can-do attitude and are motivated and engaged to coordinate and facilitate on the ground services.
You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships and networking with various stakeholders and can build good rapport with your colleagues and community.
You will have good negotiation and communication skills and are experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Working independently, you are a self-starter and results driven team member who can solve problems whilst managing competing priorities.
Essential Requirements:
A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
Demonstrated success in building a rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer requirements.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE operating hours.
