Personal Assistant / Business Support

Part Time – hours per week

Michal is a business owner expanding several areas of her company, including a growing coaching business, and is looking for a calm, organised and proactive personal assistant. This role provides day-to-day administration, business support and project support across operations, new programs and workshops.

It suits someone mature, reliable and confident, who enjoys taking initiative, staying organised and keeping workflows smooth.

What the role involves

  • Personal assistant tasks including managing emails, inbox organisation, scheduling, calendar support and follow-ups
  • Business support across multiple projects, including the development of the coaching business
  • Administration work across Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel and Trello
  • Supporting workshops, events and new program planning
  • Project support such as outlining next steps and keeping timelines moving
  • Simple Canva graphics and light content support
  • Keeping information organised and easy to find
  • Clear, direct communication
  • Noticing what needs attention and taking action
