What You'll Be Doing:

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the right hand to the Store Manager, helping oversee the day-to-day operations while ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and a full belly). Your role will include:

  • Supporting daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures
  • Leading and motivating a team to deliver top-tier service
  • Managing staff schedules, performance, and training
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
  • Handling customer feedback and resolving issues with professionalism
  • Helping meet sales targets and manage inventory and ordering

We're Looking For:

  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant management (1–2 years preferred)
  • A hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for our food, drinks, and company culture
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
