Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and engage potential clients
- Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update prospect information in HubSpot CRM
- Follow up on leads promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation efforts
- Use creativity and initiative to reach potential customers in new ways
- Track daily activities and performance metrics to meet or exceed targets
Required Experience
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or outbound environment
- Experience in handling client interactions and lead generation processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Confidence, resilience, and a positive approach to handling rejection
- Quick learning ability to adapt to new tools, products, and processes
Proficient With
- HubSpot CRM or similar CRM systems
- Outreach tools and productivity software
Experience Advantage
- Background in outbound sales or telesales
- Prior experience working closely with both sales and marketing teams
