Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and engage potential clients
  • Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Maintain and update prospect information in HubSpot CRM
  • Follow up on leads promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation efforts
  • Use creativity and initiative to reach potential customers in new ways
  • Track daily activities and performance metrics to meet or exceed targets

Required Experience

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or outbound environment
  • Experience in handling client interactions and lead generation processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Confidence, resilience, and a positive approach to handling rejection
  • Quick learning ability to adapt to new tools, products, and processes

Proficient With

  • HubSpot CRM or similar CRM systems
  • Outreach tools and productivity software

Experience Advantage

  • Background in outbound sales or telesales
  • Prior experience working closely with both sales and marketing teams
