**Capacity Building Supports** - including allied health therapies such as occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behaviour support.
**Early Childhood Supports (ECEI)** - tailored for children aged 0-9 years, focused on developmental outcomes, family education, and early intervention

Due to growing demand, we’re looking for a passionate and flexible **Speech Therapist** to join our team on a **casual basis**.
**Your Role**
As a Speech Pathologist, you’ll work with a diverse caseload of NDIS participants across age groups.
You will deliver services in-home, via telehealth, or in the community, based on the client’s needs.
**Duties include**:
- Assessing and diagnosing communication, speech, and swallowing disorders
- Developing individualised therapy plans in line with NDIS goals
- Delivering 1:1 or group therapy sessions
- Providing clear progress notes and reports
- Liaising with families, support coordinators, and other stakeholders
**What We’re Looking For**
Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist
Current SPA Membership (or eligible)
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
ABN (if working as a contractor)
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, client-focused, and self-motivated
