Job Description

Our highly skilled multidisciplinary team requires an experienced Speech Pathologist based in the Ballarat area.  The successful candidate will focus on supporting our clients living in Ballarat and surrounding locations.

We have the capacity to provide a full-time or part-time position for the right person who will benefit from our extensive experience in supporting our team to be thriving clinicians who love what they do.

About the role

  • Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
  • Delivering much needed speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes and the broader community
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence

  • Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
