What we offer is:

  • The flexibility to work from home up to 60% of the time, once onboarded
  • Modern offices at Midtown Centre on Mary Street, Brisbane CBD
  • The ability to shape and define the RTA's presence in the social media space, giving you the chance to drive innovative strategies and leave a lasting impact
  • A highly supportive culture that values and contributes to team and individual success
  • An employee health and wellbeing program and reward and recognition program.

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven experience in establishing social media channels, social media strategy, social media advertising, designing and publishing creative assets, reporting and evaluation
  • Expertise in leveraging new technologies to deliver impactful digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media channels with an ability to innovate and build on best-practice
  • Experience in customer service and social community management including de-escalation of high-risk customer enquiries and interactions to protect brand and reputation
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media governance including policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to create engaging, multi-format digital content that resonates with diverse audiences and meets the RTA's brand, written and visual style guides
  • Technical capability in back-end social media platforms for campaign management, reporting and evaluation
  • Exceptional communication skills, delivering clear, concise and compelling messages in plain language
  • Proactive approach to identifying and testing new channels and tactics to grow audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships with other teams and subject matter experts to deliver accurate and engaging content.

If this challenging and highly rewarding role sounds like an opportunity that complements your skills, experience and future career plans, we want to hear from you.

Your application should contain:
