About the Role

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing, maintaining and optimising our organisation's IT systems. You'll be responsible for supporting Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring Data Integrity, and providing a high standard of technical support to both Internal and External Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure and M365 environments
  • Perform advanced SQL queries and data analysis to support business intelligence and reporting needs
  • Ensure smooth operation and security of IT systems and data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support, ensuring user satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to IT best practices
About You
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Proficient in writing and optimising SQL queries
  • Strong understanding of data management and security principles
  • Proven customer focus with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and work both independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional skills creating Documentation and Knowledge Bases (KBs)
Desirable Qualifications
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA, etc.)
  • Experience with PowerShell, automation, or other scripting languages
  • Background in ITIL or similar service management frameworks
