We're currently seeking compassionate, experienced, and committed individuals to support children and young people in residential care settings, including a specialised program for children aged 0–6 This is a unique and deeply rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of young children.
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct care, supervision and emotional support in a safe, nurturing home environment
- Support children's daily routines including meals, hygiene, rest, play-based learning and education
- Help children with emotional regulation, behavioural support and development using trauma-informed approaches
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement individual care plans
- Assist with recreational and therapeutic activities
- Build consistent, trusting relationships and contribute to a stable environment where children feel safe and valued
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a culture of reflective practice

Requirements:
- Experience supporting children and/or young people, ideally in residential, early childhood, disability, or therapeutic settings
- Attained or currently studying a qualification in Community Services, Youth Work, Early Childhood, Disability, or a related field (Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor level)
- Trauma-informed care and/or behaviour support experience strongly preferred
- Current Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate, valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work across a rotating roster (including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers)
