About the Role

We are looking for customer service gurus You'll need to be confident and have proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, as our customers are our top priority.

The role involves:

  • Serving gelato
  • Stock management
  • Handling payments
  • Preparing takeaway orders
  • Maintaining store cleanliness
  • Opening and closing the store

You will report to the owner, Operations, or Store Manager and assist in managing a small team, ensuring outstanding customer service and efficient store operations. You'll need to be good at managing your time and staying organised to do well in this role.

We need someone who is:

  • Confident and Sociable: Comfortable engaging with customers, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional service, with a knack for problem-solving and handling customer concerns.
  • Quick on Your Feet: Able to multitask and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible Availability: 15-30 hours per week, including weekdays, late nights, and weekends. Availability during the festive and summer periods is essential.
