The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales and Quality Manager to join our team. This role will focus on developing new business with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through customer engagement and strategic business planning.
  • Maintain and optimize quality management systems to ensure product excellence.
  • Monitor and escalate quality-related incidents and customer complaints as necessary.
  • Lead and develop the team, fostering collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure accurate reporting on sales performance, client interactions, and achievement of revenue and profit targets.

About You

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally within manufacturing or galvanizing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of concrete and civil construction, with relevant qualifications.
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP systems with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and driven to achieve targets.
