As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Outdoor Blind Installer to join our team.

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Outdoor Blind Installer to install and maintain our range of outdoor blinds for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Install various types of outdoor blinds, awnings, and shutters.
  • Measure and prepare installation sites to ensure precise and secure fittings.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after installations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outdoor blind installation or a similar field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
