We're seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator | Specialist to support the strategic sourcing and procurement activities across our Industrial and Retail portfolio nationally. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering cost-effective solutions that align with our business needs and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement strategies for facilities management and maintenance categories
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance evaluation
  • Analyse market trends, supplier performance, and cost benchmarking opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements
  • Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation
  • Maintain procurement records, systems, and reporting tools

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated years of experience in procurement or related field
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in facilities management, real estate, or construction is a plus
  • Experience in working with service based suppliers and contractors
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
