THE ROLE:

This customer service position is an all-rounder role and is a casual position with working hours: Monday – Saturday, 9 – 5:30.

  • Inbound Customer Service – No Sales
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • customer service both in person, on the telephone and via email
  • Answering a high volume of telephone enquiries
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • General upkeep of the showroom
  • Assisting the customer service Supervisor where required
