Help us grow our broker-led commercial lending model in Australia's most dynamic market.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to build our broker-originated commercial loan book across NSW
  • Deepen relationships with experienced commercial brokers to become their preferred non-bank partner
  • Identify and structure viable lending opportunities that align with TPT Wealth's credit appetite and return expectations
  • Support brokers in preparing strong loan submissions, reducing rework and streamlining the approval process
  • Inform pricing strategy by applying commercial judgement within defined return parameters
  • Stay across market movements in the non-bank commercial lending space and provide insights to influence our strategy
  • Work closely with our credit, settlements, and portfolio teams to ensure a seamless experience for brokers and clients

What You'll Bring:

  • 5–10 years' experience in commercial lending, business banking, or a non-bank lending environment
  • A strong network of Sydney-based commercial brokers with a proven ability to originate quality deals
  • Deep understanding of credit evaluation, risk-based pricing, and deal structuring
  • Confidence and clarity in broker engagement—from daily deal flow to strategic conversations
  • A self-directed, commercially focused mindset and the ability to thrive in an autonomous role
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related field are preferred
