About the role:
As a
Maintenance Officer
, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Service, Carseldine.

Our 189 bed facility offers residents a supportive and welcoming environment, with Residential Living aged care, Independent Living and Community Living services all available at the same location.

Things that work for us:

• Ability to work permanent full-time basis
• Ability to perform maintenance works and grounds works
• A current and valid Drivers Licence
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem solve
• Aged, Health or Community care experienced preferred
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and sound computer skills
• Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights and responsibilities and ability to follow directives as per care plan
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
