An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced and motivated IT Team Leader to join this well established and highly regarded Australian business in a newly created role to lead the organisation’s IT department to achieve its goals, drive technological excellence and provide positive user experiences.

**Role Overview**

Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Team Leader will be directly responsible for a team of IT professionals managing the organisation’s predominantly on-premises IT infrastructure while leveraging cloud-based solutions, particularly O365, to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organisation. Serving as a technical expert in resolving complex IT issues, the role is furthermore responsible for establishing and enforcing IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance, security, and data integrity. this role will have a strong focus on different aspects of IT operations which may include WAN and LAN, security operations, IT based telephone systems, unified communication as well as the implementation of new IT projects.
