Part time - $38,500 – $85,500 per year

We are on the lookout for a new, talented individual who would like to join us and play a role as a specialist mandarin speaking all-rounder in an established real estate business, which has a family mindset and a no stress environment. Previous experience in the real estate or similar industry is very beneficial.

AGENTM is a boutique independant real estate agency located in the inner parts of Brisbane close to South Brisbane, West End and the CBD just minutes away. But, our office primarily services all inner city suburbs but also service the outer Eastern or Southern Suburbs.

Our business is well support by the Asian community of investors and after recent changes and growth means, we have an opening for the right person. Our preference is for that special someone who wants to work, succeed, speak English and Mandarin, along with also having some time in the property industry in maybe reception, sales, or assistant property management experience.

The available part-time position for Wednesday to Friday's 9.30pm - 3.30pm + Saturday's 9.30am - 1.30pm.

The right applicant must be a mature team player, feel at ease being part of our office family, but must be willing to learn, succeed and develop into a valuable part of the business striving for a long-term career.

We are offering great easy part-time hours with a fair hourly rate plus bonuses, fuel allowance + super of course.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38,500 base wage + Super Ann. But also incomes from property management bonuses + sales commissions can equal $85,500 + per annum.

Expected hours: 22-24 per week

Experience:

  • previous real estate experience of 1 year (Required)
