You will be required to support people with disabilities through:

  • community access
  • personal care
  • assistance with daily living
  • domestic support

You will also be required to:

  • maintain accurate documentation
  • implement participant care plans
  • assist with planning and oversight of participants daily routines

Selection Criteria

Please provide a cover letter demonstrating how you meet the criteria listed

  • Hold a qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Care or willingness to obtain
  • Availablity to be rostered across a 24 hour 7 day roster inclusive of public holidays - Must have a minimum of 4 days availability per week.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and other physical support tasks
  • Own comprehensively insured Motor vehicle which can be used for work purposes
  • Unrestricted Drivers License
  • Have a current (or willing to apply) Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
