We are seeking Support Workers to join our growing team on the Central Coast. We are looking for people who are new to the sector and looking to start your career in community and disability services, right through to people with extensive and broad experience supporting clients with complex needs. Pay rates depend on level of experience and qualifications held.

We specialise in **Autism, Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Intellectual Disability.**

Please include any experience with all specific disabilities (e.g. Autism, Down Syndrome etc) in your CV.

The role responsibilities vary for each client and could include:

- Work with participants to ensure plan goals/requirements are met
- Support participants with everyday daily living needs including personal care and domestic duties
- Ensure attendance to activities, appointments, and events
- Support in social and community participation
- Transporting clients to appointments
- Additional duties as required

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $38.00 - $43.08 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- First Aid Certification and CPR Certificate? (required)
- Driver Licence with Comprehensive Insurance (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
