We’re looking for dedicated **Disability Support Workers** to join our growing team in the **NSW Central Coast** region.

**About the Role**

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and community participation. Tasks may include:

- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access and recreational activities
- Domestic assistance
- Supporting individual goals and skill development
- Documentation and communication with care teams

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in disability support or similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude

Pay: $40.00 - $97.00 per hour
