Join one of Australia's most recognised retailers specialising in homewares, arts, crafts and party essentials They are expanding the custom window furnishings division and looking for a driven In-Home Sales Consultant to service customers in Wagga Wagga and surrounding Suburbs
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and interior solutions, who enjoys helping customers bring their home styling vision to life. As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll meet customers in their homes to provide personalised advice and solutions for made-to-measure window coverings.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Visiting customers to measure windows and prepare tailored quotes
- Offering expert product advice based on each customer's style and needs
- Educating customers on available fabric options, features, and benefits
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through exceptional customer service
Experience & Qualifications
- Background in sales, home improvement, retail, or similar customer-facing roles
- Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and driven to meet targets
- Must hold a full driver's licence and be over 25 (insurance requirement)
What's in it for you:
- OTE of $70k–$100k+ (base + super + uncapped commission)
- Guaranteed commission – $1,500/month (first 3 months) or $800/month (first 6 months)
- Four weeks of paid training to set you up for success

This would suit a candidate who has sales experience within store retail, insurance, utilities, motor vehicles, real estate, home improvements or any direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries i.e.: furniture, appliances, window treatments, kitchen and bath remodeling, and new home construction.
