We pride ourselves on customer service and building quality homes. We service the Riverina and South West Slopes.

Due to our continued success and business growth we are looking to add to our Estimating team with a Sales/Construction Estimator to support our sales and production staff.

Previous experience in a similar role an advantage but not necessary, Trade Building or Carpentry background preferred but not necessary, training in all estimating software will be provided.

The Role

We are searching for a confident, industry-experienced individual who demonstrates the ability to work well within a structured, team-orientated culture.

You will be exposed to a varied array of residential construction projects where your responsibilities will include:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Estimating on a wide range of homes including single story, split-level and double-story designs
  • Reading and interpreting construction plans
  • Creation of pre and post-contract variation pricing
  • Work within the key indicators of an Estimator (accuracy & efficiency)
  • Compiling preliminary standard pricing and preparing accurate base cost for standard projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
  • Construction advice to sales team.

The following are preferred, but not essential:

  • Knowledge of Construction plans, Specifications, Building practices and materials, work and safety standards related to residential homes.
  • Relevant estimating and or trade experience and qualifications for working on volume and/or custom build projects
  • Experience with estimating software an advantage
  • Computer literacy,
  • Excellent communication skills required for both internal employees and external suppliers and stakeholders
