We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people live, work, play, shop, and eat.What this job involves:The Portfolio Retail Leasing Executive will be responsible for leading and carrying out the leasing activity on an extensive retail, industrial, commercial and office portfolio for a single client across the Sydney area.The employee will be responsible for:Relationship Management· Building relationships with Tenants, Retailers, Prospective Tenants (local and national)· Building a strong relationship with the client· Developing a clear understanding of the clients leasing and tenancy requirements at each location.· Adhering to client requirements and processes for recommendations and reporting.Strategy & Planning· Actively work with the client to ensure each location has a strategic leasing plan· Actively demonstrate precinct and RTRL strategies to fill vacancies in line with the strategic plan.· Actively work with the team to deliver key Expression of Interest campaignsLeadership· Leads by example by being professional, prompt in communication and able to connect across all levels of the business· Reactive, responsive, visible, approachable.· Able to identify, mentor and coach potential future leasing operativesClient Focus & Relationship ManagementThorough knowledge of what's happening in the business.Manages client expectations appropriately and builds and works to sustain lasting relationships with clients.Conducts open, collaborative relations with superiors, peer and clients.Communication and PresenceArticulates ideas and facts clearly, logically and concisely in oral and written communication.Listens effectively and communicates through actions and example.Exceptional corporate presentation at all times.Execution and ResultsCommitted to fast past execution.  Drives to achieve KPI's.Maintains solution oriented mindset at all times.Demonstrates business growth and actively seeks new client appointmentsSound like you? This is what we're looking for:The ideal candidate brings leadership experience and a proven track record as a Lease Executive within retail environments.
