Lead retail lease transactions that unlock value and minimize risk We have an outstanding opportunity for a Retail Lease Transactions Manager to join the Sydney team for a 13-month Fixed Term contract. Working with the Retail team, particularly with leasing, centre and investment teams you will help create value for our investors by ensuring documentation is issued accurately, within our risk profile and executed by tenants in a timely manner You will make an impact by:

Lease Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and issue Offer to Lease and Disclosure Statements accurately and on time.
• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant retail legislation and internal authority limits.
• Review and negotiate lease documents to protect owner interests and meet business requirements.

Process Management

• Act as a gatekeeper for leasing deals and approvals.
• Coordinate internal approvals and instructions to external stakeholders promptly.
• Maintain accurate status reports and update Offer to Lease documentation as required.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external solicitors, and tenants.
• Ensure timely return of legally binding documents and supporting materials (e.g., bank guarantees, insurance certificates).

Team Support

• Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Retail Lease Transactions team.

About You

You're a team-focused, proactive, and professional Retail Lease Transactions Manager with deep knowledge of retail lease legislation across Australia. You bring proven experience managing retail and commercial leasing transactions, gained with a national landlord, tenant, or within a legal practice.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Law or Property.
• Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and relationship-building capability.
• Flexible, creative, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
