Who we are - COM Marketing

  • COM Marketing is the digital growth partner for Australia's health, fitness and wellness industry. We work with gyms, studios, allied health professionals, and wellness brands to grow their business and build their brand quickly via video marketing.
  • We also have an education arm of the business where we teach and coach our clients on how to do their own marketing as well.
  • We've been in the industry for over 20 years and have a well known reputation in the Fitness, Health and Wellness industry, so you'll be a part of a well known reputable brand in the industry

Why work here

  • You'll be a part of a passionate, high-performing, and fun team (yes, we do internal team Zoom Pilates classes too)
  • Mentoring, Learning & Growth - as a small business, you'll be working closely with the owners and management team and will get mentored a lot to become better at your role. You'll love it when you're standing on the shoulder of those with experience and learning their secrets that will help propel your career.
  • Positive Impact on Society - You'll be helping wellness businesses (aka our clients) make a huge positive impact on the world (via either through enabling better physical health, mental health or social health to every person your content reaches). By doing this, you'll love it every time you see somebody's life get transformed for the better.
  • Shape The Business Direction - As part of working closely with the management team, you'll also get to have your opinions STRONGLY heard and valued. And as a result, this gives you the chance to really shape the future of the business into an ideal workplace (that you are proud to tell your friends and family about that you work in).

Job Post

  • We are looking for a content coordinator to help us coordinate and produce content for fitness and wellness businesses. You'll be mostly strategising and planning social media content for clients (from the planning of the content to helping guide video editors on how to edit the content). Occasionally, you'll also need to be on site to shoot content if needed.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of social media experience (Bonus if it's within fitness, wellness, or agency environments).
  • You live and breathe Social Media everyday. It's your playground.
  • You've managed brand accounts before and are obsessed with growing followers and getting engagement.
  • You know how to create content that clicks. You've built, planned, and managed posts across multiple platforms.
  • Creative mindset
  • You're full of ideas. You LOVE experimenting with new content ideas and are not afraid to try something new just to see what sticks.
  • Organised & Process oriented
  • You're organised and are good at being able to manage multiple clients at once without breaking a sweat.
  • You're good at following systems to make sure that content is of the highest quality and will go out to clients on time.
