Senior Producer

The Opportunity:

As the Senior Producer at Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG), you'll play a pivotal role in delivering bold marketing campaigns for leading fitness brands, including Fitness First, Goodlife, Barry's Bootcamp, Zap, and Jetts (NZ). This is an exciting opportunity to oversee integrated campaign production, including creative, video, and photography, for OOH, social, digital, print, and radio.

We're looking for a dynamic producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, expertly managing complex projects from concept to execution. As a key member of our in-house studio, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and high-end photographers and directors to produce standout, impactful work that resonates with our audiences.

This is a hybrid role, combining three office days with work from home, along with some national and regional (ANZ) travel for shoot productions.

About You:

You are a highly skilled and detail-oriented producer with a strong background in creative development and shoot production. You excel at managing complex, high-quality productions from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between FLG stakeholders, marketing, creative, and production teams. Your ability to oversee multiple projects, manage large-scale shoots, and align creative direction with business goals sets you apart. As a problem solver, you have a track record of leading production processes efficiently while maintaining high production standards. You bring:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• A bachelor's degree in production or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in an advertising agency, in-house team, or production company
• Ability to manage multiple workflows effectively, from small projects to large-scale brand campaigns
• Strong understanding of creative and production processes across moving image, digital, print, and radio
• Extensive experience in shoot production
• Highly organised, with the ability to plan and schedule delivery on time and within budget
• Understanding of legal and health & safety compliance in production
• A strong network of talented production partners across ANZ
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools, resource planning, production trackers, and digital asset management
