Role Description - Central Coast and Hunter region (predominantly, with Sydney based work as well)

Tyrrells Building Advisory is currently looking for experienced, well rounded Building Consultants to join our growing Newcastle/Central Coast team.
This hybrid role includes conducting property inspections, providing detailed building assessments, and offering guidance to clients throughout the construction, purchase and maintenance process. The successful candidate will utilise their knowledge in practical construction expertise to ensure professional consultation services that meet client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills and experience in Construction, Project Planning, and Inspection
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate assessments
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
  • Familiarity with local building standards and regulations
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
  • Relevant trade and building licenses
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
