Carmichael Kids Early Learning and Kindergarten is a faith-based Christian not-for-profit Centre in Morayfield. We are currently seeking experienced Educators to join our team.

Here are Carmichael Kindergarten, we currently have one unique role available as an additional funded educator within our Kindergarten room for 2026.

What our successful applicant will:

  • Have the ability to recognise each child's individual strengths and the importance of embedding key strategies as recommended by Allied Health Professionals to support the implementation of the Strategic Inclusion Plan
  • Thrive when working collaboratively as a team to support holistic class needs
  • Ideally have a passion for integrating the Christian faith and character development in all aspects of our environment, reflective of the Service Philosophy
  • Have understanding of the EYLF & QKLG
  • Uphold the requirements of a Child Safe Organisation and our commitment to child safety. The successful applicant will have understanding of the 10 Child Safe Standards and Universal Principle.
  • Support the development of the educational program including contributing to planning and programming and creating provocations suitable for a play-based learning environment
  • Recognise the importance of inclusive practices to meet the holistic needs of all children

Position Requirements:

  • Valid Working with Children Check QLD
  • Relevant ACECQA approved Qualifications (Cert III)
  • First Aid and Anaphylaxis Training
  • Asthma Management Training
  • Child Protection Training
  • Food Safety Training
